  1. Yes, me for example. I got a degree in USA, but I am now living outside USA and also now working using the knowledge I got from studying in USA.


  2. Of course. An American degree is generally worth much more on the world market than most other countries.  I think Cambridge, Oxford and the Sorbonne, maybe one university in Germany, and Israel University are on a par with the average to best American University.  

    Most employers will look at your American degree with much more respect than many others.

  3. Highly depends on the country and the employer. Employers in other countries generally are not familiar with foreign degrees and thus a translation and evaluation may be required.
