  1. Hello! Well, I'm not sure about it, but if you want to be sure and not paying anything for it, you may consider another alternative. Nowdays you have the oportunity to start your own business from home by internet. It's a business opened from everybody, you don´t need to have any experience and you are your own boss. The only one thing you need is to have the desire of learning. To know more about this, visit this web site:

    Good luck !

  2. They charge the employer.  A lot. Depending on the level of the Job as much as several months pay.

  3. They take a commission from the Company that employs you and if you temp  with that Company they take the commission from the company you are working with every week that you work with them..  They do NOT take anything from you.  Good luck and I hope you get a good job soon.

  4. The company that thake you on pay for the service - quite highly as well in some cases

  5. They charge the employer a percentage of the annual salary for finding you.  if you have been working as a temp for the company then get the permanent job I think their commission is less because the company have been paying extra for you whilst you have been a temp.  If you get paid say £10 an hour, it means the agency are taking maybe £15 an hour from the employer.  If they take you on a £30,000 a year job and the agency 'found' you rather than you applying directly, the employer will be charged say £3,000 - depends on what their agreed percentage is.  For high level headhunders it can be 20% or more which on a 3 figure salary is a good finders fee!

I'd recommend using an agency if you need to get a job asap like tomorrow, but otherwise it's probably better to apply direct, if you cut out the middle person then the company can pay you directly, more than the agency would pay but less than they would pay the agency right?  I have also known temps who have not got the perm jobs as it would have cost the company too much to pay the commission, better to take someone external who can do the job as well but not pay several thousand pounds?  I think you have to be a of a high level or in need of a quick job to use agencies.  They are only there to make money out of you after all, as long as they place you somewhere and you rake in the money for them, especially at junior office level, then they care about little else in my experience.  It's all about money like most things.

  6. They charge the employer - depends on how much you will be earning - a sliding scale which gets more expensive for the employer the more they pay you! Starts at around 10% of average annual salarly.

  7. Agency get about double money from the client.

Agency pay you just half the money from the client.

Therefore you have to work hard than regular worker.

    Normally that is the way.

  8. if it's a temporary job they will charge the company an extra amount per hour and then take the extra.

if its a permanent job they will charge the company a fee.

none of this affects you and your wage will still be the same and at a competitive rate. i would recommend using a recruitment company - its in their best interests for you to find a great job that suits you and gets you the most money!

    good luck :-)
