  1. His presence in the country would depend on any ban that was imposed at deportation. If he was banned, then he is probably there with false identification as it's not possible to pay your way out of an entry ban.

  2. Deported once, barred forever.  Convicted drug dealers are most unwelcome.  He's not legal, he used some drug profits to buy fake ID or some such.

Do you know his real name (or name under which he was convicted/deported)?  Do you know what name he is using now?  His address, phone #, car license plate, anything that will help police pick him up?  Get whatever data you can, and call police and immigration authorities.  You do not want drug dealers living in your neighborhood and attracting more criminals: it is an immediate danger to your health, safety and welfare.  Get him picked up and deported again.

  3. Once someone is deported you can't come back

  4. Not quite correct about a person not being able to return to the UK after deportation. There is a time element, which may depend on the reason for deportation, and what the Judge ordered. I fact, any person in the world can apply to enter the UK legally. Whether or nor a visa is issued depends on the decision of the entry clearace officer at our overseas diplomatic post. (Embassy or Consulate). After that, it depends on thedecision of the immigration officer at the port of entry. There is no bar on a former deportee applying for entry later, and although there are many reasons why a visa will not be granted, there are other mitigatiung reasons why one mught. One is the passage of time during which the applicant has good behaviour whereever he as been residing. Another is if the applicant has certain close relatives legally living in the UK, such as a spouse, child, fiancee or 'partner'.These are onlynpossibilities. Many applications will just fail.

However when it comes to illegal return,of course, if he has money, he could have bought himself a complete new identity.

You say he is living nearby. Do you know where, and what his name is? If so, you can do something about it.

A couple of years ago,the the Home Secra6tary, Dr Reid, said the a 'hotline' would be set up where illegal immigrants, visa overstayers and people that employed them could be reported. This required the employment of additional staff and has not yet happened. However, the interim arrangement is that illegals could be reported through Crimestoppers free hotline, which is 0800 555 111 . If you can do that, you will be helping to get rid of them.

Don't be peruaded to take no action because someone tells you that is victimising LEGAL immigrants, and GENUINE asylum seekers, because that is just untrue. In fact you are helping them. I am married to a legal immigrant who is a highly qualified professional, and has lived and worked here for many years, since she was invited to come here. She is telling me that many long term immigrants, and many people of ethnic minority born here are getting the blame for the immigration mess. They are being 'tarred with the same brush' as the illegals, and want the government to sort it out even more than we do. Australia has an immigration hotline, and their government has reported that it has been the single most successful tool in the fight against illegal immigration and visa overstayers. I am going to write to my MP on this issue, and to the local papers in Coventry UK. If you see the letter you will know me. You can do the same. Report all illegals.Call Crimestoppers  0800 555 111 .Report all illegals.Call Crimestoppers  0800 555 111 Report all illegals.Call Crimestoppers  0800 555 111

  5. Umm deported means you can't live in a country!

  6. Go report this scumbag to the police. We should all show responsibility for looking after our own neighborhoods.
