If you get expelled from a high school, is it illegal to be on the property?

My fiance got expelled from my high school last year, and he wanted to meet me tomorrow at the school. He can't meet me in the front of the school because i come in through the back and cannot go out the front once i'm in school. Could he be arrested or anything for coming into the school and meeting me in like the lobby of it and then leaving? Or what would be the worst thing that could happen? Because i thought he could be arrested for "trespassing"? Oh, and if it helps we live in florida(:

If he was expelled in the first place, It shows he is a bad guy and should not be allowed around students. Because of this he would not be allowed on school property. And you should choose your boys more wisely. Not many people get expelled from high school!

Florida has the Safe School law. Most have a police officer on site. If he gets caught in the school, he can be arrested for trespassing. Has nothing to do with the expulsion. If you are not enrolled in the school or have legal business (meeting you isn't covered by this) he is trespassing.

Pretty sure he can be arrested for trespassing,if they want to bust chops.  Probably just tell him to leave, though.  Depends on if they have a lot of problems with this, or if they have a lot of problems with him.  And if he's helping you cut school (Can't go out thru the front?) theyll make a problem of it.

   He needs to stay off school property.  Let him meet you on the corner.

In most cases, if he is expelled then he is not allowed on the property. Further, in some situations he's banned from coming within a certain distance from the school.  He could be arrested for criminal trespass, you possibly could get in trouble with the school as well.  It's probably best he stay off the property by a good bit.
