lmao. someone would have to push something THROUGH your eye socket and through to your brain. But this is extreme, if you're talking about someone flicking something into your eye, then NO. your eye would hurt and may even scratch but it won't affect your brain.

I'll assume you are asking whether sand, an eyelash or some other small foreign body that gets into your eye will migrate to the brain.  I'll also assume we're not talking bullets, arrows or high-powered, weapons-grade lasers.

Not very likely unless it damaged your eye quite a bit first.  

The eye is actually an extension of the brain however, but if you are talking about the brain most people envision as the brain, then the eye does absorbe things, but it would have to be in great quantities and it would probably damage your eye before it got there.

Depends on how sharp it is, and how long it is....

Just so you know, there is no open entry into the brain thru the eyes.  Meaning, nothing that you get into your eye can go to your brain without cutting its way there....

If something long is pushed THROUGH your eye or eye socket, yes, one could push it back into the brain with enough force.

However, if you get like, an eye lash in your eye, no.
