  1. Yes, but it's a stupid decision by the runner.

  2. yes but you'd probably get out

  3. Yes, provided time had not been called.

  4. you can, but the chances are you will get thrown out. now if the ss and 2nd b wasnt lokking u might have a shot.

  5. Yes. Yunel Escobar (for the Braves) did it last year. The pitcher wasn't paying attention, so he just ran. By the time the pitcher realized, it was too late, and Yunel had stolen second. It was in the bottom of the 9th. Then the next hitter got a hit and Yunel scored from 2nd to win (or tie...i can't remember) the game. The Braves wound up winning regardless.

  6. yes you can, as long as you dont ever stop for example if you run to first and start going to second but then like stutter stop or stop and think about it then no you cant and you may be called out depending on the umpire. as long as you continue to second you are fine however if the other teams gets you out then your outs thats your fault.

  7. Yes according to "Little Big League"

... works if there's a guy on 3rd who's threatening to run home so the fielder doesn't know what to do with the ball.

  8. You could but I wouldn't suggest this "play" unless you are playing for the under 11 houseleague team.  99% of the team you will get caught in a rundown and you will be tagged out.
