Do you mean before you receive it, you should, but always wait for the item to arrive before you leave it/

I don't really understand what your asking...you can't post feedback until there has been a transaction, and you definitely can't post feedback on an item that hasn't even been posted...besides why would you give feedback before recieving and inspecting your purchase...but if you are asking can you give feedback on an item you bought but haven't received, sure you could, but see above...why would you?
