Same as on Earth; someone puts it out. They have extinguishers on board, of course. They're not stupid, and Apollo 1 taught them a lesson about fire safety that they have NOT forgotten.

a fire where? like in the station? you attempt to put it out at all costs and hope to god that it didnt cause any major damage.

do you mean outside of a contained environment? then it doesnt matter, because you cant have fire in space.
