If you go into a liqour store and... ?

they id you and your under 21 can they call the cops on you or can they only kick you out of the store?

Depends on if you touched the Liquor bottle or took it to the counter first off depends on the store clerk either there a d**k/***** call the cops because your underage and had a intent to buy/tried to buy and if you stay there and the police get there they can slap you with a fine and or jail time probably up to a year max you know how laws are its very rare you will get max punishment unless you deserve it and p**s off the police enough or you could get the store clerk where you will have your not old enough im going to ask you to leave or i will call the cops and you leave no harm done and for your second question at no time can you put beer in your trunk legally and get pulled over and searched without breaking the law they will probably bust you for possession of alcohol or something along them lines but if you got pulled over and it was in your trunk and there was a body in your car of age 21 or older they couldnt do nothing unless you say its your beer but why would you do that hope i was a help take care later bro

they just won't sell u liquor, it's illegal to sell it not to try and buy it

I know for a fact where I used to live in ND, they could hold you and have the police pick you up for trespassing.  There is a law that doesn't allow anyone underage to even set food on liquor store's premises.  I don't know if that was statewide, county or just a city ordinance though.  (schoolmate got arrested and charged with trespassing)

I think they can only kick you out of the store but im not sure.

They will most likely ban you from the store, but I don't think you would get in trouble with the law unless you personally have liqour on your person

All they can do is throw you out, And you should not carry beer or liquor in your car, There the police will give you problems....

They CAN'T do both!

They will not call the cops because you didn't purchase any thing plus you show them your real age which is not a crime(you can say i didn't know whats the legal age).

Now second they can't kick you out because you didn't do any thing wrong(you can say i just want to look what you have doesn't mean you have to buy it,maybe you choosing present for somebody).

But what they can do is ask you to leave their store without kicking you or any thing like that :)

And remember you not breaking the Law if you only looking at alcohol you breaking the Law only if you purchasing alcohol and you not 21.
