Not gonna happen. The regular work inside a supermarket goes on all night, cleaning, cashing out/balancing money, restocking of items, bleaching the meat/fish counters etc.

The logistics of preparing the store for the next day starts right after the routine of finishing up today.

They have night shift people doing that.
