  1. **** it(nerves)

  2. Never let nerves get the better of you. Everyone get nerves, its all about learning to deal with them. the more 'nervous' situations you put yourself in, the better you'll understand how you react.

Never back out due to nerves, you'll always regret it and you're just reinforcing your nerves.

Keep putting your name down for auditions, shows etc etc and really take note of what happens, then in future know that you'll probably get those types of nerves and you can go on dealing with the task at hand, rather than stressing over the fact that you are nervous. (this will only feed into the nerves, thus making you more and more nervous)!

good luck and just do your best! :)

  3. Take some rescue remedy - it calms you down. keep taking deep breaths and remember that you would be doing them a HUGE favour if you agreed to do the job...
