Dinah, with an 'h'.  Both names are biblical, I'd say go for the woman you thought was strongest/most like who you'd want your baby girl to be like.  Also, I think half the people saying no to Dina are pronouncing it wrong.

Dina is more of an old-fashioned name. Its easier to give a middle name, too. Yet the name Sara is very feminine and pretty. Also, the meaning of Dina is very strong: God has Judged. Sara's meaning: Princess, I think is very, very straight to the point. Dina is less popular, which is nice. I would say go with Dina. (preferred spelling: Dena)
