  1. Yes it will show up and you can run but you cannot hide, you will be notified at your next insurance renewal.


  2. The accident will probably appear on your driving record but it will show you as not being cited. However be prepared for your insurance company to contact you for details. Been there done that.

NO.  If you were not cited and found guilty of a violation of the traffic code, then your accident WILL NOT be recorded on your driving record...  However, if you file a claim with your insurance company to have repairs made,  the insurance company is free to adjust your rates according to their own policies.
