I would divide them into 9 groups:

East Asian

Southeast Asian

South Asian

White

Latino

Hispanic

Pacific Islander

Middle Eastern

African

Please don't put HUMAN RACE...just put how you would define race if you HAD to.

  1. well there is white and then there is everyone else

  2. It's all arbitrary, let's see:

    Beautiful

    Ugly

That should do it, most people do it by skin colour or skull form, I picked something just as arbitrary.

  3. I would remove middle easterner because it is close enough to white.

I would have one for Australian and New Guinean aborigines

African would be Negroes, Sans or Bushmen, Pygmies and it would include whites and australneasians (pacific islander).  African is obviously not a race.

  4. I would define the races pretty much the way you did with minor differences.

    East Asian

    Southeast Asian

    South Asian

    White

    Hispanic

    Pacific Islander

    Middle Eastern

    African

  5. By facial features

    1) All of USA, Europe, Middle east to India caucasian

    2) All of Asia

    3) All of Africa

    4) All of north & south American natives

    5) All of pacific, Australia & New Zealand natives

  6. How do you distinguish between Latino and Hispanic in your group?

I distinguish between people in this way:

    1. Stupid people

    2.  Not-stupid people

    All the rest is details.

  7. The three great races:

    mongoloid

    caucasoid

    *******

All people go under these catagories.

  8. First Nations,Second Nations for North America, same for South America, Asians for Asia, European Union Citizens for Europe, Brtish for England unless stated otherwise, Still many different ones,, Island Dwellers devided into catagories like South Pacific Islanders, then for Australia  use term Australian First and Second Nations People .  Africa would use term African as overall term.

  9. Where in a rainbow does red become orange? Tricky to put a boundry between related groups. Please remember that colour does not define race.

    Mongoloid (Chinese, Japanese, etc)

    Australoid (Aborigine, New guinea)

Negrito (Andamanese and Nicobar islanders). Very few of them, but very distictive from everyone else.

Caucasoid ( Europe, North Africa and West Asia, including Pakistan and North India)

Bantu (or Congoid), the people that ended up in America via the slave trade.

Nilotic (Somali, Masai,Nubian). Also technically Caucasian because of their skull shape.

Capoid ( Khoisan bushmen, and the various Southern African tribes). They look very 'Chinesey', some even have an epicanthic eye fold, and quite yellow skin.

Native American( off shoot of Mongoloid mainly).

Dravidians (South India and Sri Lanka, Tamils etc).

Personally, I wouldn't put Pacific Islanders down as a 'race' because they are pretty mixed up in terms of recent ancestry. 'Caucasian' really refers more to skull shape than colouring, and it's a massive group reaching from Iceland, down via the Nile into Kenya, and part of the way down into India. Some of the terms I've used are exemely non PC, but are more accurate than anything else. Really my criteria for an ethnic group to be a race has to do with it's age. Anything less than 1000 years or so, like Latino, is a mix up of several very old lineages, and has characteristics of just about everyone. Too indistinct to be anything but 'human'.

Some of the African names won't be familiar to anyone who isn't deeply interested in how humans spread around the world and split off into groups. But Africans are more ethnically diverse than you'd think.

South Asians are a mix of Australoid and Mongoloid, it's a gradual shift from one to another as you move Southwards.

  10. What is White?

  11. Earthling !  How does that suit you.Stupid. If you dont want anthropological answers you are in the wrong section.

  12. This is exactly why races don't exist among humans: Turks and greeks can look exactly alike, but under your classification they are different races.

    If I had to:

Asia: Caucasian, Mongolian, Dravidian, Oriental, Semetic

Africa: North and Western African, Subsaharan African

    Europe: Mediterranian, Northern European

Americas: North American, Central and South American

    Oceania: Islanders, Aboriginies

  13. Black

    White

    Brown

    Peach

  14. JEWS

    ARABS

    THE REST

the rest can just be categorised, but really, those are the three generations

  15. African is too broad. I think you'd need to group based

on when groups separated and "inbred". So I wouldn't

group all white people together unless you grouped

Latino and Hispanic and South Asian with Middle Eastern.

What you wrote isn't a bad start, though.
