i would try and do everything i wanted, i'd write letters to all my friends and family, id tell the guys i liked that i liked him. i'd spent as much time as possible with my family and i'd plan my funeral - so no-one else has to.

This depends upon when I first learned about my  fate. If I discovered it at the beginning of that week,I would spend it getting my affairs in order so as to give the least trouble to those that I left behind. That would be the most productive way of showing my regard for them.

Edit - Emily, You've hung on to that thought for longer than youngsters usually do. Have you access to student exchange programs? If not, a Rhodes Scholarship? However, or whenever, I'm sure you'll fulfill your dream.
