If you had ovulation spotting, what exactly does that mean?

Does that mean ovulation occured already? Or is going to happen? Or is happining?

Ovulation spotting is a farley common thing for some ladies. Its a great way to tell that you are ovulating, in addition to EWCM and OPK testing.

The spotting comes when the egg bursts through, so when you have the spotting, the egg is traveling down right then. I'd say you'd have maybe a 6-8 hour window MAX to BD and catch the egg.

The good news is that most people who have ovulation spotting are considered very fertile! So maybe this will be your month for BFP!

i'm not really sure because you shouldn't be spotting during ovulation. spotting comes around the time of your period either due to your actual period or pregnancy, but spotting should not occur during ovulation. that's too early.
