  1. If you can afford to pay that amount for a villa, then the person has a lot more money in the piggy bank. Its all relative, but if I had the money, I would buy in the Aude region of France.

    I'd get an island, build a nice home and some guest houses on it, and buy a few fishing boats.  Then I'd make money to live on by renting the guest houses and taking people on deep sea fishing trips.  My own private island resort.
