If you had the power to create a law that we must follow what would it be?

I would make a law that states that everyone should tell other people exactly what they want to hear.

That any building or sector of education must have the Bible as a must have subject.  the King James Version  that history books contain the truth

I would legislate common sense.  Anyone violating the law would be subjected to a penalty more severe than the one for early withdrawal of funds from a bank account.
