I am not sure how I would decide how 90% of the population should "go away" as a previous  response had. Increased competition has always led to a better lifeform.  I would say let nature take its course!

make a deal w/ environmentally friendly companies so that their goods are lowered in price so people actually buy them

end animal cruelty in any way possible

make everyone recycle and cook food for poor and not kill animals and save abandoned children and get along with eachother and build homes for poor and stuff. i would process money so that the poor could buy homes.

eliminate drift netting ,miles of fish net adrift in the oceans to indiscriminately catch and kill anything that gets caught in it birds,mammals,fish
