If you had to build a factory why would it be good to be a factory there.?

its just for my school assignment. Im homeschooled. So plz help me on this. Its not for really building a factory. I just need 2 facts.

  1. More oil refineries in Texas.

    Reason, less demand for overseas oil.


  2. Consider where do you want to sell most of what you produce.

      If you want to make snow shovels, then put the plant  in northwestern Pennsylvania. Here, you are overnight from most of New England and cities such as Chicago, Milwaukee, etc. where the market for snow shovels would be.,

    If you would put it in Atlanta,  you would  pay substantially higher freight costs to ship your goods to where the market is.
