Ireland.  But even so, I'd avoid all three.  The weather over there in the UK is pretty dreary.

I'd pick England; but I used to live there, so know it the best.  All three places that you asked about are good though.

Ireland....I fave a friend who lived there.  It sounds so beautiful and they have wonderful assistance out there.  The one thing I don't like or agrre with is the fact tthat you're of age at 14.
