If you had to choose between 2 convenience stores would landscaping play into your decision?

I agree with Eskie Lover.  In the PM I tend to stop at places that are well lit and inviting.  During the day, something that is clean and well kept tends to catch my eye.  But with gas prices and such, the closest store tends to be where I shop.  Good luck!

Sometimes it does, particularly at night and as a female, alone.  I often bypass a particular business that has "hiding places" among bushes, areas in the landscaping that remain dark and where someone could be lurking.  Other times, like during daylight hours, I might choose a store that has pleasant landscaping, has a neat and well cared for appearance over one that does not under the assumption that the store will be as well kept as the landscaping.
