  1. there are so many options available to us at this moment , that the choice is a matter of what would be the most serviceable to the most population... my first efforts would be to explore the potential of tidal forces along coast lines.

The variations of energy in that source alone is staggering...not only do in-coming and out -going tides generate enough energy to power half the Continent with electrical power, but the 'currents' IN them goes without consideration.

Another 'resource left unexplored and un developed are thermal [vents],..hot springs get there heat from something...and heat generates energy..,

Another simple resource that is going to waist are hydro-electrical generatio options that could be individually easy to install. They use the energy created by gravitation and fluids, water flows down hill...that's a no brain er..!!!

Another resource is the floors of houses, and the energy of just walking around on them by folks...the resistance to gravity is a resorce not in consideration ether..any thing that movers is a resource if it is or could be isolated ,..like hi ways and automobiles...or elevators and escalators...or playground swings or merry go rounds... or even rooftops and solar panels...

there are so many unexplored options around us every where ,... but there are no funding or urgency to develop them...business is geared to 'run' on petroleum...not independent resources.

      Sucks...huh..?

  2. I would use Al Gore's pants.  That light bulb would NEVER go out.
