If you had to pick a cusine from any country ,which one and why?

Italian!!  Yummy!! For me....the thought of anything with a red sauce...makes my mouth water. I think it must have something to do with the high acid content of tomatoes...maybe??   Why?  I guess because the combination of all the ingredients makes it more flavorful.

I dont know why, it just takes so good and make me come back for more (usually 2 hours) HAHA

I'd have to say Greek Mediterranean.  The different vegetables, good fats, and lower calories make it a nutritious and tastey cusine.
