I knew when I met you

A special friendship had begun

You're all my dreams come true

It is my heart that you have won

You are always there for me

When others aren't around

You opened my eyes to help me see

You planted my feet back on the ground

Though sometimes we fight

Or maybe argue or shout

We always in the end make it right

Isn't that what love is all about?

And though I forgive you

When we have a little spat

You've always remained true

And I thank you for that

My love for you I will never despare

I don't know what I would do

If you were not here

So take these emotions

And put them in your heart

I'll love you forever with utter devotion

Never shall we ever be apart
