simple letter ,a note to parent ,a detailed newsletter what would it say i am looking for samples. Just to see how it would look

  1. You could do a newsletter type thing once a month.. in it have the menu for the month, activites, phone numbers, and announcements.. ( like birthdays, drop off and pick up procedures, themes.. etc)

    In the first one have a section on meet the staff, put pictures and bios ...

    basically things you would want to read if your child was there.


  2. I do a monthly calendar and staple it into my students' take-home folders.  I include our math and science chapters, spelling words, any special events, and any announcements on it.  I also write daily what their behavior was.  

    Microsoft Word (you can also go to Microsoft Online) has some newsletter templates that you can use and simply fill in your information.

    You could also try just googling "parent-teacher communication", "parent notes", "school newlsetters", etc.  There are hundreds of examples out there...good luck!
