If you had worked 10 or 20 years, and one day you had the opportunity to get unemployment, would you take it?

And If you would take it, then how long for- untill it ran out? Why or why not?

No.  I don't believe in unemployment benefits.  Also I couldn't afford the pay cut and I enjoy my job.  I do enjoy some downtime, but I'd rather be busy working.

I worked for over 50 years and never drew a dime of unemployment. Go get a job.

unemployment u earn,u paid for it, it is insurance not welfare

Depends on the reason for the opportunity. If for instance the place I worked at closed then heck yes I will draw unemployment until I can find another job. If I was fired then yes I would draw. I would draw it for as long as I needed it or was allowed to draw.
