If you had your way, would you be happy as city dweller, suburbanite, or live in the country? What do you see as the advantages of the life style you chose?

Totally urban! You can walk or ride a bus anywhere. There is always something interesting going on. You can get a cool apartment and never have to mow the grass.There are always interesting people around. I miss living in the big city! I'm stuck in suburbia now, and I HATE it!

i would be in the country, but still only 15mins from the suburbs and 40 from the city.... like the place i grew up.

it is soo much quieter and more peaceful, everyone knows everyone but still its not that far for a night out on the town! lol

I would be a suburbanite who lives relatively close to the city, but not directly inside it.  This way I could have a large house at a reasonable price, whereas apartments in big cities are often way over priced.  Also, cities always have exciting things going on, and I would never get bored since the city wouldn't be so far away.  Also, I want to have a quiet nighttime for my children(supposing that I have some),husband(I wish! lol) and myself.  Good sleep is important.

Suburbanite, for sure.

Advantages--Close-knit community, not many people, one school for each grade, far away from cities.

Personally if I had my way I would probably live in sort of a trabuco canyon ca. type area, it is close to the city but at the same time its kind of like the country because you can have horses on your property.  So a suburban/country type area close to the city.  I know that is a weird answer, but its what I like.
