I would wish for my health to be restored, but I wouldn't want to lose the lessons I have learned by having had to deal with it!  I wouldn't trade my happiness and contentment for it.  I'm broke, too, but without health, the money is no good anyway.....

Well, since this is in Hobbies and Crafts, I will stick with an APPROPRIATE answer:

I would wish for an extra room on our house in the Philippines so I could build a nice large Model Railroad in my retirement.
