  1. NO!

  2. nope.

  3. Not except by the natural variation of the material.

  4. no 1 will feal hevier depending on which arm is weaker.

  5. This is a definite NO. Both sticks needs to be balanced so you can do sinawali or double drills evenly. No exceptions. Both left and right arm should be worked evenly with THE SAME SIZE STICKS.

If you are just starting Filipino Martial arts I suggest to use light wood like rattan other than the heavier wood. You are setting your self for failure, frustration and injury (on your wrist), if you  start with heavy  sticks (no matter what arm)  you will fatigue faster, therefor less learning in the long run.

  6. Not if you are working double sticks, you should be able to change sticks and forward side with no difference.

If working single stick you may want a heavy stick and a light stick, but this will be used in a slightly different manner, quicker and whippier but more likly to be overpowered

  7. no it's vary inporting that the sticks be about the same

  8. mine are the same...
