hello If you have USA 16 years old car license, can you drive in other countries where is allowed only 18 and up? ex: my country Kosova you have to be 18 and up to get car license i am 17 and i have y licence if i go in my country where i wasn there for 5 years can i still drive the car over there??

  1. It would depend on the laws of the other country, but I'd assume most countries would enforce their own age limit.

    You cannot obtain an International Driver License until you're 18.  

    Just FYI, even within the US you need to observe age limits.  For example, a 16-year-old with a valid license from California cannot drive alone in New Jersey, since that state doesn't give licenses until 17.

  3. No.  Other countries couldn't give a d**n about American laws.

    If it's legal to rape in Kakistahn, can they come over here and rape?  No.

    If you wish to drive in another country, you must obtain THEIR driving license.
