I am a BA student in English Literature at the University of Jordan with a GPA of 3.8. I am considering doing an MA in HR, however I do not know if it's possible or not because in the country where I live in there is not even a BA program,e in HR.

Do you think I can get accepted at a respectable university in England for an MA in HR without having a good background in business?

  1. Yes, it will be possible for you to go for an MA in HR without having done that subject as your undergraduate degree. That won't be an issue at all.

It is possible that some HR MA programs will want you to have worked after your bachelors degree. This work doesn't necessarily need to be in HR. So as you research programs, notice if they require such work experience or if they do not. If they seem to, ask them directly if they will accept you without it, because some of them will.
