Yes it will be vicious, and it will eventually get large enough to hurt you. You can't really "tame" a crocodile. They don't make good pets and are very hard to keep even for those who have experience with them.

Ultimately yes.   Its brain is the size of a pea and will grow to the size of a plum.   It cannot learn to overcome its instincts.  

'Sides, I can't think of a baby croc or caiman or alligator without thinking of that Johnny Knoxville stunt.
