If you have a Disneyland Annual Pass but it is lost can you pay a small fee and be provided with a new one?

  1. This happened to us when I lived in CA and they were very helpful at the guest relations window to the far left of the entrance gates to Disneyland.  They have your picture on file and will issue another one for 20.00.

  3. Yes, you can replace your annual passport for a small fee of $20.00.  Just stop by any ticket booths and they can reprint it right there.  Please have an ID like a school or State ID ready.  If you don't have one, your picture is on file.

    A. Please report the situation immediately to a Main Entrance ticket booth at the Disneyland® Resort, or contact the Annual Passholder Hotline at (714) 781-4546†. You will be required to pay a non-refundable fee of $20.
