Question:

If you have a bad dream like almost everynight what could this mean??

I/d/k why Ive been havin em lately but somebody told me its b/c I go to bed on an empty stomach is this true??And even when I wake up and go bak to sleep another bad dream comes......

  2. Very well could be, have you tried eating before?

    But it just may be something else. Where are you in life? Are you happy there? Something is most likely bothering your mind. Think abou the dreams and what happens in them. What is your mind trying to tell you?

Some people say that dreams are in a way a window to the soul, so it may be that your have either done something wrong and wanna re-do-it right, or is because your not in equilibrium with your inner self, in which ever be the case take some time before going to sleep and imagine your self in a peaceful place or time and that may help you.

  4. Okay than eat...

    Dreams are the bodies way of presenting physical problems/dilemmas and manifesting itself -into dreams- so the brain can release the conflict-ions within.  In essence your dreams are your bodies way of dealing with the issues concerning your life that are not being dealt with.  The only way to stop having these dreams is to confront your problems and deal with them.

    Look into dream interpretation.  Images in your dreams are not introduced as literal interpretations and should not be treated as such.  Example: Babies (in your dream) mean birth, therefore babies mean innovation or the spark of something new in your life..

  5. The food situation is a distinct possibility. Nothing makes the subconscious feel more threatened than hunger. In addition to a snack before you go to bed, try keeping a glass of water by your bed so that you can take a sip if you wake up during the night.

    How's your weight? If you're anorexically thin, eat something big before you go to bed and maybe even keep a munchie next to that glass of water. If you're heavy, make it something light. Melons are great for balancing the blood sugar.

  6. Lots of anxiety in your life.
