How much does it cost to get unlimited texting?

And how much does each text cost if you don't have it??

I've been reading some questions and some say $0.20 for each text?

Also, My dad has the family plan thing i guess, and he said it cost $30 for the whole family to get texting?

Is there a way where he can just pay for my texting, cause i heard that unlimited for one person is $20?
