If I had a close friend who was abusing animals, I would most definitely report them. When you call and report them, just tell them that you want to remain anonymous. I don't think they will tell the abuser who reported them anyway! Your friend will never know that you reported him! There is no excuse to abuse an animal and anyone who does, needs to be reported! An animal cannot speak for itself, so they count on us, to speak for them!

If you know who did that,it's your duty to report him.That dog didn't deserve to die like that,and the next victim could be a person.You can report the person anonymously by calling from a pay phone.They won't know it was you,so do it asap.

If u know the person who did this, you should report him.  U can do it anonymously and thru ur local ASPCA cruelty investigations office.  They even have an online cruelty form or email u can send to.  If u give them the case description, they will surely remember it and get with the local police to investigate the said person.  Make sure you mention how u know he did it and that u r scared to reveal ur identity and ur reason to be scared.  If they know he is dangerous, which they already do to some extent, they are more likely to act faster to keep the public safe.  You know what the right thing to do is or you wouldn't be asking the Q.  Follow ur instincts and do it.  You'll be safer in the long run with this person in prison because a case like the one in the paper means he's only so far from crossing the line to people and is a danger to the community at large.

Your friend is truly a sick individual... he definitely needs help and definitely needs to be PUNISHED for this. That is truly, truly disgusting and sad. You NEED to report him... or have someone else do it. I'll do it for you. He should NOT get away with this. So sad :(
