  1. See your doctor, could be an underlying medical condition or just plain depression, indifference is also part of depression. You may need counselling or something as you don't want to feel this way forever, life is way too short! If you were happy then sad it could be bi polar, but as you say just indifference i think its just depression and frustration at life. Go see your doctor, eat healthily, take exercise, get out with your friends. Good luck

  2. Stress can cause a hormone imbalance...adrenal glands, which regulate the hormones in your body do a good job under normal circumstances, but too much stress lowers the amount of progesterone your body produces causing an hormonal imbalance, which creates emotional instability, exercise often and get adequate and regular sleep each night. When having bouts of depression eat foods made from soy, they naturally produce progesterone in the body. (if soy foods are not available during this time eat a Soy Joy fruit bar everyday) s*x (o****m) is also a great stress reliever.

Eat healthy, (lots of fruits and veggies) eat foods low in sugar, fat, and carbs. Limit eating foods with preservatives, additives, artificial sweeteners, sugar, high fructose corn syrup and caffeine, these and a Vitamin B complex deficiency can cause emotional disturbances in the brain...eat fish, fish oil/omega3 is a natural antidepressant and enhances brain function (even a tuna fish sandwich 3X a week or fish oil supplements) liver, pork, chicken and potatoes are also high in vitamin B1-12.

Drink plenty of water to keep your body hydrated, helping to digest food and flush waste faster.

Get outside in the sunshine, (at least 15 min. everyday) your brain will produce dopamine to naturally lift your mood and Vitamin D to enhance your body's ability to absorb nutrition.

When feeling depressed don't isolate yourself, talking, hanging out and having fun with friends makes us happy.

These things will help lessen depression, not to mention a noticeable improvement in your skin and hair,

    Good luck to you.

  3. Hi, two main types of depression, Reactive,= when u get depressed over something, someone and it does go away. Clinical = when your brain is lacking a certain chemical and it won't go away, which means u would normally need a mild anti depressant to help. relaxation, meditation, light exercise, get some sun every day, helps raise Cortisol levels for depression. Good luck

  4. I think most people have this to a certain degree.

Life in this world is good and bad. thers's no such thing as constant happiness and peace in this life. only in heaven

maybe we should get.... never mind.

  5. I just ride it out...

  6. Go see a doctor.  It's some form of clinical depression if it lasts for more then two weeks at a time.
