If you have a dream about somebody, is it possible that they're dreaming of you at the same time?

It's very possible! I remember I had a dream about my sister and the next morn I told her and she was like "OMG! I had a dream about you too!" And we had the same dream with exactly the same circumstances and everything! lol

But we are not twins

quite possibly. the closer you to are the more likely it becomes.  this is not uncommon in twins.

Its possible, but very improbably. Although I bet if you told them about your dream they would be dreaming about you later!

if ur having s*x with ur partner. when u fall asleep it is quite possible to dream of ur partner, while they dream about u.
