  1. Yes you can fly everywhere however in certain air spaces and places you need special clearance........i wont get into detail but yes you can fly pretty much everywhere.

In the United States, you're free to fly anywhere, with the exception of a few areas in the country that are used by the military, for which you need special permission in advance.  If you are flying visually (VFR), you don't need to do anything in advance; you can just get into the airplane and go.  If you are flying by instruments (IFR), you must file a flight plan in advance that gives various details of your flight.  You can also file a flight plan for VFR flights, but it's not required (except for certain flights through restricted airspaces, like that around Washington, DC).
