If you have a restraining order put on you does it stay on your criminal record for ever? (Washington State)

i got a bs temp restraining order put on me by this chick who was in fact harassing ME and talking about beat and even killing me and my family! the judge only applied the order to her house and i think it only lasts 6 months. now i dont care that i cant go to her house because i wouldn't anyway, i just want to know that if because this girl needs attention that i'm gonna get a criminal record

  1. A restraining order is not a criminal charge. The burden of proof for a temporary restraining order is not the same as for a criminal conviction, so it is not permanent. Once it expires, there will be no record associated with you.

    If you violate the order, that is a criminal charge and will be a permanent part of your record.
