If you have a shell gas card, can you buy stuff inside the shell gas station besides gas?

Yeah, its like a gift card or credit card. I use gift cards from walmart to buy gas, I hate buying anything from walmart, but I get gift cards from family all the time, so I have to spend it somehow.

Yes, and Shell encourages it.  That should tell you it's just like a normal credit card for use only at the Shell station.
