  1. If your sister is over 21, she might be able to sponsor you if you are single.  She must have sufficient income and assets to prove she can support you and guarantee a $30,000 bond.  (If there are any changes in her status, such as she marries, has a child, etc., she must prove she can still support you in addition to her own family.)

You will have to apply for immigration and meet all the requirements.  Your sister can be your sponsor if she meets all of those requirements.  You will have to wait about 10 years to gain admission,  longer if you come from a country which has already exceeded its quota (Mexico, India, Pakistan, China, Philippines, etc.)  As a sibling, your priority is low.

  2. Yes, if she is 21 years of age or older and can prove she can financially support you.

  3. Yes, she can file for you to become a legal permanent resident in the United Staets.  She must be 21 years of age, however.  It is a daunting process.  This process starts by filing form I-130.  Good luck

  4. Only if she's over 21 and financially able to support you.

  5. I believ3 she still has to go to the American Consolute i the country where she is to file and begin the process.

  6. Depending on her age, but yes she can.

  7. If over 21 she can but you will wait anywhere from 5-10 years to get your immigrant visa depending on which country you are from the higher numbers actually apply if you are from highly populated countries like China, Indian and Pakistan where the wait is longer for them to qualify for their numerically assigned first come first served immigrant visa numbers.

  8. She has to be over 21 and qualified and willing to financially sponsor you

  9. Why yes mate.
