  1. graphite and ping G 10s rock they are 1 wood 3 wood 5 wood and 9 wood and there max power range from 300 to about 450 yds

  2. Graphite will allow you to get a bit more wip with a slower swing speed (making sure that in your case you get L-flex shafts). The issue is both a combination of the lighter weight of graphite versus steel shafts, and also making sure that you get the right flex for your swing speed.

    Good Luck

  3. Distance is graphite, accuracy is steel.  Distance and accuracy is expensive graphite shafts, that cost 100's of bucks for the shaft only.

And it's unusual to have steel shaft for woods.

  4. Woods in general are the longest clubs in thebag, so steel shafts will make them too heavy. Swing sdeed doesnt mater when it comes to accuracy or distance. Go with graphite shafts. Try to get a shaft that is 54gr to 60gr in weight and less that 3.8 of torque.

    Good luck

  5. Well if you have some muscle then go with steel, but if you want the clubs to last longer then go with graphite.^^

  6. You definately need a graphite shaft, mostly for its added flex but also for its lighter weight so you can achieve a few more mph of clubhead speed.
