If you have a suspend driver's licenses in one state, Can you more to another state to get a driver's licenses

My cousin lives in Alabama and she thinking of relocating to Ohio, in Al her driver's licenses is suspend, but she never had an Oh one can she do that?

There is only one state where you have the possibility to get a drivers license when you are suspended in another, but it is not worth the trouble in attempting this unless your license has been revoked for a long time like 5+ years. That state is Colorado, but you will have to hire an attorney in Colorado to get the process started for you.  Basically the attorney petitions the state of Colorado to grant you a license anyway.  You have to become a resident of Colorado and you would have to take all the test over again like if you were a new driver.  There is also the chance that the attorney could fail and it would not be successful.  Again, it is only worth the trouble if you are suspended or revoked for a VERY long time.
