  1. My tattooist wont tattoo over birth marks or scars as the tissue underneath isnt as good as normal skin.

  2. most good tattooists wont go over birth marks, scares or any skin abnormalities. i wouldn't recommend any tattooist who would do this for you.

  3. you"ll probably find that most tattooist"s wont tattoo over scars and birthmarks sorry

  4. yes

  5. Yes you can get tattoos on a birth mark, and it probably shouldn't show, but I guess it would depend on what you get and how dark the tattoo is. I have a huge one on my shoulder, and i'm sure I could cover it because it really isn't that dark

  6. It won't "show through" but if you look at it close enough you'll be able to tell where it is. My boyfriend has a back piece and a few moles that are now tattooed and I always forget that their there. You can feel a small bump and I'll be like "ooh a zit on your tattoo not good, oh wait that's your tattooed mole" It's perfectly camouflaged.
