  1. Yes they can tell

  2. Sure you can, until you get caught.  The longer your 'friend' waits, the bigger the punishment will be.

  3. yeah you can.

  4. I am a british police officer, and after working for the FBI i know that if he lives in another state he will be arrested, by the police or by a bounty hunter... if he turns himself in (depending on the crime) it can help him  A LOT...

  5. it doesn't matter what state he lives in he will get arrested for the warrent

  6. It depends on what kind of warrant it is. For a felony they can put out a nationwide warrant and extradite to the state where the crime was committed. For a misdemeanor they will problem put out just a state wide warrant and if he gets pulled over they will take him to jail. Your best bet would be to take care of the warrant so it is not hanging over his head. Good l**k Note : They can have an extradition hearing for any warrant but it is very expensive so it is usually reserved for felonies.

  7. You, I mean your friend can be arrested and the county/state with the warrant will have to come pick him  up and take him  back to the state issuing the warrant.

Usually they do it if it's a felony  warrant only.

  8. He will turn a one crime into two crimes by corssing state lines. Even if he has a felony or misdemeanor crossing state lines when you have a warrant(be it blue or bench or any other) will warrent(sorry I couldnt resist)) another felony.

  9. Yes he will still be arrested, he should just turn himself in, they will lessen the charge significantly if he does.
