If you have a zune how do you add a movie to it?

I have a zune, its like a i-pod and i want to know how to get movies and in it for free, i know how to put videos from youtube, but the website i use doesn't have movies so how do you get movies for free and download it and add it to a zune?

I believe the video formats that zune supports are .mp4, and .wmv.  

So if you want videos for free you might want to go to a site like www.btjunkie.org and search for those formats of movies.  

When you have downloaded one, make sure you're zune software is configured to sync with the folder you have the movie in.  If not, simply drag the movie onto your library, and manually add it.

Once you've done that, connect your zune, and drag the movie from your library to your zune at the lower left hand of the screen.
