If you have an AT&T land line, can you trace incoming calls?

I know that when you get your cell phone bill, it shows all calls, including incoming and outgoing. But if you have a land line, your phone bill only shows outgoing. If you call the phone company, can they track an incoming call that came in on a certain day and time? I am sure it is possible, but will they do it?

You can activate the 'Call Trace' feature on your land line.  Look in the front of your White Pages around page 20.  All of the 'star features' are listed, what they do and how to use them.
