If you have an itunes account, can you access it from another computer?

Yes you  can, but you have to "Authorize" the computer first. To sign in to your account, just goto the iTunes store, and sign-in. To authorize, goto store->authorize computer. iTunes will let you authorize only 5 computers, but if you want to make it accesible from anywhere, i would follow this video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ux3ZMlbfo...
